In partnership with Blueprint, CAA has launched a comprehensive sales training program designed for both new and experienced producers from across any agency. The 2025 Producer Academy was a success among our agencies and included 32 producers from 20 different agencies.

The CAA Account Manager Academy is a year-long professional development program designed to strengthen both the soft skills and technical expertise of agency account managers. Through bi-monthly sessions—many offering CE credit—participants gain practical tools to improve communication, efficiency, client service, and overall agency performance.
